Black and White - The sugar skull only features two colors, black and white.

Monochromatic - This color scheme uses 5 separate shades of red, making it a monochromatic sugar skull.

Complimentary - This color scheme incorporates two colors that compliment each other on the color wheel, meaning that they are opposite each other on the wheel.

My choice - For my choice of a color scheme I chose to did another complimentary color scheme. However, for this sugar skull I chose to use white as my middle, giving me an overall light color palette of opposites on the color wheel.
